I was looking for Western Tanager birds and saw that a bunch of chokecherry trees were in bloom. A grove of chokecherry trees. Aspen grove.  Do you see the bear marks? Currant flowers. Syringa blossoms on in the foothills. Wild berries.  

Bob the cat by the lilacs. Baby pinecones. Can you find the birds? Rain on the daffodils. Apple blossoms. Rainy day lilacs  

Made a mess.  But had loads of fun baking and dipping cookies in chocolate and chopped hazelnuts. Rolling out the dough for Milady Fans from a vintage 1970's cookbook.

I do have an update regarding the release of my new book.  The new release date is scheduled for spring 2022.  It will be released along with another book by another author on 15-minute drawing.  My book subject will be 15-minute watercolor projects. Springtime Mountain Snowfall.  It's a good thing lilacs like cold weather. More snow-covered lilacs. Plum blossoms got a dusting of snow too.
