Summer Flowers

White Petunias Still enjoying the abundance of summer flowers and their fragrances. and a wild mushroom on the lawn Nasturtiums Colorful zinnias Succulent green and pink sedum still waiting to bloom. I think this is related to the zinnias but spreads out a lot.  I see these in hanging pots sometimes because they run over the edge like a waterfall of flowers.

Ancient Cedar Forest

Ancient cedar forest on Hwy 12 in Idaho.  Some trees are 3,000 years old! Tall like the redwoods.  Not sure quite that tall.  But very tall indeed.

Garden Inspiration

Inspired by the plants growing in the garden. What is most impressive is I grew all theses plants from seed without a greenhouse here in the mountains of Idaho. The purple flowers are borage.  Above is coriander and large zucchini leaves. Purple Opal Basil  African daisies. zinnias Sweet Peas
